CSA Intrusion-Proof Sound Latch

The CSA latch is the innovative solution to enhance building security against armed aggressions.

2 Installation Options

The CSA latch has been designed to secure the following buildings:

The initiative was born out of an increasingly tense and violent social context. Considering the growing rise of violence and mental illnesses in our society, CSA Business has developed an Intrusion-Proof Sound Latch designed to secure and alert building occupants in the event of an armed attack. CSA Business’s primary goal is to add simple, effective, and essential additional protection to buildings!

Locking 40 doors in under 30 seconds
The sound, the key to the domino effect

The CSA latch is the only latch that triggers a domino effect of door locking due to the audible signal when the latch is activated. The sound signal is emitted to inform all building occupants to close the doors and activate the CSA latch.

Why choose the CSA latch?

The CSA latch can be installed in all private or public buildings that have one or more doors or can be incorporated into the production of new door units for future buildings.

  • For building security
  • Unbeatable value for money
  • Fully made in Canada
  • Rust-free / lifetime warranty
  • Lithium sound / long-lasting autonomy

DOMINO
EFFECT

A domino effect of door locking caused by the audible signal ensures RAPID and EFFECTIVE security.

SIMPLE AND QUICK INSTALLATION

The CSA latch has been designed for the simplest and quickest installation possible. It only requires four screws for installation. The sound only requires a hole drilled with a hole punch to be installed.Ā

NO NEED
FOR WIRING

The sound is powered by a compact lithium battery that provides a 3-year autonomy. The battery needs to be changed after each use (similar to a smoke detector).

MINIMIZING THE CONSEQUENCES OF AN ARMED INTRUSION TO THE FULLEST!

CSA Entreprise offers the installation of this new latch on classroom doors or adjacent doors separating certain sections of the building (corridor, agora, cafeteria, gymnasium, entire wing of a building).

Our initiatives, accompanied by engineers, patent agents, and lawyers, have allowed us to analyze all options to optimize building security in the event of an armed attack.

Our initiatives, accompanied by engineers, patent agents, and lawyers, have allowed us to analyze all options to optimize building security in the event of an armed attack.

We have analyzed several options:
- Home automation.
- Bluetooth alarm.
- Secured mechanical arm.

These options require an investment ranging from $125,000 to $200,000 per building and multiple connections are needed: wiring, computer connection, electrical hookup, programming...

Issues:
- Possibility of an electrical outage... rendering the system inoperative.
- Possibility of the system being hacked.
- Complicated and costly installation with multiple connections.

Solution:
The CSA Latch allows covering a building with 60 doors for $60,000.
- No possibility of hacking.
- Functional even in the event of an electrical outage.
- No connections required.
- Excellent cost-effectiveness ratio.
- Ultra-simple installation.
